3. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of event production, all bookings require advance planning, labor scheduling, equipment reservation, and logistical preparation.

Non-Refundable Costs

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Civil unrest
  • War
  • Transportation failures

No refunds will be provided for force majeure events.

4. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENT TERMS

Deposits

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.
  • Remaining 50% due no later than 7 days prior to event.

Late Payments

Late payments incur:

  • 5% late fee per week
  • Services may be suspended or cancelled without refund.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered contract fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Collections action
  • Legal enforcement

Collections

Client agrees to pay all legal, attorney, and collection fees associated with unpaid balances.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Provide venue access
  • Ensure safe working conditions
  • Provide adequate power
  • Secure permits
  • Ensure structural safety for rigging

Client is responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are NOT liable for:

  • Event cancellations
  • Revenue loss
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Talent delays
  • Artist performance
  • Weather-related issues
  • Power failures
  • Internet outages
  • Streaming failures outside our control

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client.

7. WEBSITE & SERVICE DOWNTIME DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted website access

We are not liable for downtime, server outages, cyber attacks, or hosting provider failures.

Financial Responsibility

Client agrees to pay full replacement cost for:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged

equipment.

13. SAFETY, RIGGING & STRUCTURAL LIABILITY

Client is responsible for:

  • Structural engineering
  • Venue safety approvals
  • Rigging certification
  • Weight load limits

We are not liable for structural failure or unsafe venue conditions.

14. MEDIA RIGHTS & PROMOTIONAL USAGE

We reserve the right to:

  • Photograph
  • Video record
  • Document

events for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and educational use.

Client waives rights to restrict this usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

All pricing, system designs, and technical workflows are confidential trade secrets.

Unauthorized sharing is legally actionable.

16. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

All disputes shall be handled exclusively in Ohio courts.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.

Rental Equipment

All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of equipment delivery or event completion.

Purchased Products

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Services

All professional services, labor, consulting, event production, installation, and system design services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. State of Return (Condition Requirements)

Returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage

5. Return Process (How to Initiate)
